    Join Our Team as a Power Control Engineer

    Want to contribute to new projects in a growing sector with caring and dynamic teams? This is the opportunity to join us in the Energy, T&D (Transmission & Distribution) Business Unit An establishment specializing in Very High Voltage professions (overhead lines, underground lines, transformer stations, special foundations) throughout France.

    Our Energy Transformation and CCN Department is looking for its future Power Control Engineer M/F. You will work closely with the head of the Power Control & Grid Rules unit.

    Your missions will mainly consist of:
    Participate in the technical definition of solar power plant, wind power plant, and BESS regulation solutions. Writing the functional analysis of regulation systems (Voltage Control, Active Power Control). Development in Matlab/Simulink of Control algorithms and generation of PLC Code. Configure communication interfaces (IEC, Modbus, IEC-5-, OPC, etc.). Generate the regulator model in Power Factory. Integrate and commission the regulation system and carry out tests with the Utilities. Prepare technical and commercial offers for PPC/PMS solutions for production plants. Based in the Paris region (Guyancourt) occasional travel in France and abroad is expected.

    And if it were you? With an engineering background (ENSAM, CENTRALE LILLE, INSA LYON, ESIGELEC, SUPELEC, other), you have 5 years of solid experience in the field of power control systems.

    Rigorous, with good interpersonal skills and a good listener, you like working in a team, and have a sensitivity for automation and databases.

    Beyond your technical skills, it is your interpersonal skills that will be appreciated.
