Assistant professor in information systems management, with a strong interest in cybersecurity, coding and/or quantitative methods

Two positions to be filled on a permanent basis, one in Bordeaux and one in Paris,

The Center of Excellence in Supply Chain Innovation and Transportation (CESIT) at Kedge aims at meeting the economic, environmental and societal challenges raised in the Supply Chain, by co-developing, with companies, collectivities, institutional and academic partners, the concepts, methods and innovative tools necessary for the organization and transformation of the supply chain.

Our actions do impact academic research, the corporate world, society and education. CESIT experts are at the heart of news and research into supply chains on a national and international level. They are also regularly involved in the media to provide insight into the news through their expertise. They work, organize and participate in many seminars, and international conferences.


The Operations Management and Information Systems Academic Department (MOSI) at KEDGE Business School brings together professors from disciplines including procurement management, supply chain management, quality management, and information systems management.

These professors combine theoretical and practical teaching with the aim of providing students with specific knowledge, as well as giving them global and cross-disciplinary insight into supply chain management.


Responsabilities:


  • Teaching and educational development (bachelor, master and executive education)
  • Publications in academic and professional journals
  • Research Projects with companies and international institutions
  • Participation in national and international calls for projects
  • Student supervision and coaching.

Profile and skills required:


  • Doctoral degree with a focus on information systems management
  • Teaching experience related to information systems management
  • A strong interest in cybersecurity, coding and/or quantitative methods
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. French is a plus.

Compensations and benefits:

Permanent contract/ Full time


Status:
Executive


Salary:
to be negociated /over 13 months / Bonuses (research, executive education, extra hours, etc.)

Paid leaves: 35 days per year + 15 executive paid leaves per year
