We are looking for a
Global Head of Social Media (H/F/D)

What you will be doing:


The role will require you to work with multiple stakeholders across departments and regions, working closely with the Global Marketing Director, Performance marketing, PR & Influence teams and Global Creative Director to align on social messaging.

You will also work with regional Heads to identify and localize global strategy on local social channels and digital networks; regularly providing reports and presenting to our CMO.


  • You will build a crosschannel social media strategy with Global Marketing Director and key internal stakeholders (PR & Communications, Creative and Content, Brand and Product Marketing teams) to grow our brand presence across existing and emerging social platforms.
  • You will oversee the integration of social analytics tools and develop a measurement dashboard. Develop clear and measurable KPIs, implement performance metrics and goals with ongoing optimisations.
  • You will build and implement community management best practices with Social Media Manager and Social Media Coordinator/Assistant.
  • You will take ownership of social media processes, content, copy, layout approvals and release with senior stakeholders. Build new processes and improve social operations.
  • You will share deep social platform expertise, learnings, trends, formats, nuances develop industry first ideas, innovate and scale.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews: content, audience, social listening tools, competitors. Weekly and monthly recaps of learnings and results; generating and understanding reporting with the ability to read data and turn it into useful insights.
  • You will work on new reporting, tracking capabilities participating in beta launches receiving early access to new features from the tool to propel brand forward with new learnings and insights.
  • You will be the regular liaison with key markets to build strategies and connections with local teams managing organic social across all channels but not limited to FB/IG, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.
  • Manage a small team of social media experts at our Paris HQ (Social Media Manager, Social Media Coordinator and Social Media Assistant/Intern).
  • You will oversee management of social content briefs submitted to CF (Creative Team), implement a strategic approach to content mix and in partnership with CF team, build social rollouts with a hybrid data/creative approach for upcoming week, month, campaign(s) for approval by Global Marketing director, working closely with inhouse Creative Director on all the social content pre and post shoots.
  • You will support coordination of content across other digital departments that will utilize social content (Digital, Paid Media, CRM, Website/E-Commerce).

  • You have strong leadership qualities, able to drive change and lead teams with a 'cando' attitude.
  • You have the ability to adapt, learn quickly, be resourceful and under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • You have experience prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, adapting with changing priorities, and balancing shortterm needs with longterm strategic initiatives.
  • You have demonstrable experience in driving social media channels through organic tactics.
  • You have experience building social first content to drive engagement, video views, acquire new followers and generate brand heat focused on Instagram and TikTok.
  • You possess a proven track record of defining, implementing, and delivering social plans as well as delivering success at scale.
  • You are creative and analytical mind that thrives in datadriven environments.
  • You have experience managing senior business stakeholders and multiple dependencies.
  • You have proven ability to coordinate the outcome of Creative & Production teams (inhouse and external). And in Social and Digital Marketing.
  • And last but not least you have excellent communication and English writing skills.
