About the team:


As the Monetization Strategy team, our goal is to act as business leaders' thought partner and drive business growth through internal & external analysis, resource allocation & cross-functional/regional alignment.

We're a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, France, London and multiple US and Europe locations, and are expanding our team in France.


Responsibilities:


  • Developing monetization strategy in France by partnering with key stakeholders across predominantly sales/commercial functions;
  • Defining key performance metrics and setting KPIs to drive business growth;
  • Tracking business progress, providing consistent optimization for business operations;
  • Conducting market research, providing insights to the business team; and
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional & crossregional teams to ensure effective cooperation.

Qualifications:


  • Proven relevant work experience, ideally in corporate strategy, management consulting or internet companies.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrable analytical and modelling skills, ideally with experience of BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience interacting and building relationships with executivelevel stakeholders.
  • Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
  • Open and curious mindset.
  • Fluency in English & French.
