*Opportunity*As part of its business growth, Ransomes Jacobsen France (a subsidiary of TSV, based in Toulouse) is looking to hire an additional technician for its Paris branch. Under the guidance of the Technical Director, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of our professional mowers Ransomes and Jacobsen, our golf vehicles EZGO, and our utility vehicles Cushman.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform repairs and accurately document repair information to ensure top quality and customer satisfaction;
• Install, repair, and replace parts and components of all Ransomes, Jacobsen, EZGO, and Cushman products while maintaining an efficient workflow with minimal supervision;
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting for all mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems;
• Identify root cause of noncompliance and effectively communicate diagnosis and repair information as needed;
• Conduct quality tests and validate all repairs to verify vehicle functionality;
• Flexibility to perform repairs at the Paris branch, as well as at customer sites in and around Paris and further in North and Northeast France;
• Report safety issues and customer service requests to management;
• Other tasks assigned by management.

This is why we are seeking a technician with the following experience, skills, and qualities:

• A minimum of two years of professional experience as an agricultural/engine mechanic or similar;
• Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity;
• Must be motivated, customeroriented, with excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills;
• Frequent travel within the region is required, so a valid driver's license is necessary;
• Ideally, you also hold a Class E license as you may need to tow vehicles as part of your duties. If you do not have a Class E license, the company will provide the necessary training.
