Test Lead - Unified Console / Assurance Monitoring H/F

This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Communication Technology Group (CTG) develops and delivers infrastructure and software solutions on Cloud infrastructures for the Communication Industry.

Our clients are worldwide Telecom customers.

We are looking for a
Test Lead with a proven knowledge and experience in test automation to contribute to the automated system testing (end to end testing, system tests, performance and volume tests, endurance tests), quality gates and final validation of the software product before it is delivered to our customers.

We are looking for:

Act as a customer to review documentation,, install and configure products.
Skilled on Source Code Management & Test Tools : Git, JIRA, Robot Framework, Spira Plan, Selenium
Able to automate reliable E2E tests from our CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
Able automate deployment tests using helm and system tests (endurance, volume, performance) cross cloud environment.
Run all tests on several cloud platforms (AWS EKS, AWS RHOCP, vanilla Kubernetes)
Monitor automation framework and troubleshoot issues through the observability platform (ElasticSearch, Prometheus, Kibana, Grafana) of the solution.
Interface with developers, ci/cd and integration teams to build testcases, usecases and expected results.
Ability to work with local and remote teams with agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe). Certification is a plus.
Good knowledge in database (Cassandra, postgres, h2, couchdb,) and collection and mediation layer (Kafka)
Able to monitor and build observability dashboards (Observability : ElasticSearch, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana)
Ability to troubleshoot complex environment based on Kubernetes (storage, Load balancer, certificates & security policy, etc.)
DevOps tools and practice is a plus.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
