What You'll Do:

  • Assist in managing the scope of the Stakeholder and CG Transportation component of the program and provide recommendations on an overall Transportation plan. (Staff structure, Vehicle order, Transportation plan for Stakeholder hotel, Airport and other applicable Venues specific to the Stakeholder.
  • Communicate with TRA Central deport on all transportation related requirements and planning for Stakeholder & CG. Including fleet size and inclusions, scheduling and routing, driver requirements, training, parking and staging are all tailored to Stakeholder & CG requirement.
  • Organize Stakeholder & CG site inspections. Inform Stakeholder & CG in depth about current procedures and developments in Routing, Olympic Lanes, T
  • T X systems ( if applicable)
Accreditation, Hotel staging & Loading zones, Airport operations, Olympic Venue management:
staging / loading/ parking/ drop zones and all other applicable systems.

  • Meet and Communicate with Stakeholder & CG representative on a regular basis and as needed basis to review transportation information from the Paris 2024 Organizing Committee.
  • Review Tour and Freetime transportation structure and provide recommendations on how to effectively manage Tour/ Freetime Transportation.
  • Review VIP transportation and any other special requirements Stakeholders VVIP guests, CEO's/ Board members, etc. may have.
  • Review staging and parking areas at Stakeholders Hotel and recommend exterior plan for the hotel load zones and luggage management.
  • Assist in creating overall Staffing management and local staffing support plan, including quantity, dates and levels.
  • Source, Select and Interview local staff and present for Stakeholders & CG approval.
  • Training of Key staff on venue operation, hotel staging plans and airport operations as applicable to their functions.
  • Assist in developing signage plan based on specifics determined by Paris 202
  • Airport Operations plan: Liaise with OLE Central Airport to ensure Stakeholders needs are met in regard to arrival and departure transportation plan. (Meet and greet, staging plan, including Private Jet arrival and departure)
  • Assist in Monitoring the FOH plans (based on Tickets and other Activities) to ensure that stakeholder & CG stays on track during Olympic Planning with regard to transportation and staffing.
  • Assist Stakeholder with overall Transportation and Staffing Budget.
  • Assist in developing Transportation and Staffing & Equipment Communication Plan based on specifics determined by Paris 202
  • Interact with OLE Vehicle Operations team for the vehicle procurement of each Stakeholder & CG fleet requirements.

You Have These:

  • Must be Local
  • Paris based.
  • Speak, Read and Write English and French fluently.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in Event and Incentive industry in Paris.
  • Experience with International Groups and Clients
  • Must have great knowledge of Paris.
  • Olympic Experience preferred, not required.
