Job Description:


The Apprentice in Revenue Strategy will be part of the Accor Global Revenue & Pricing team, a great team of dynamic, passionate, and enthusiastic individuals that work together and with the Accor's hubs in the deployment of strategic projects, to ensure the growth and the strengthening of the group's value proposition to customers and owners.


This person will specifically assist the Revenue Strategy team to steer Accor strategy related to Revenue Management Solutions, with a forward-thinking approach in relation to the evolution of revenue management within the group and latest revenue innovations.

Reporting to the Senior Revenue Strategy Manager, the apprentice will be a key element in the success of the group's ambitious and exciting revenue management solutions' short
- and long-term strategy.


This person will notably help making analysis on revenue management system performances aiming to identify area for improvement and put in place action plans driving stronger system's performances for the group.

As part of the Revenue Strategy projects, the person will have to deal with data and statistics coming from different sources (PMS, CRS, RMS, Excel shared tools, market and distribution data files) and be comfortable with working with data regularly.


The person will also assist in key revenue management project initiatives and support executive stakeholders within the business in developing business strategies, inclusive of long-term goals and objectives, key risk management, and driving business performances via the group's revenue solutions.


The role is also highly collaborative: the apprentice will indeed help in cross-functional team collaborations, working with business counterparts centrally, product, IT, and other stakeholders across the organization to ensure that the business's departmental strategies are aligned to advance the overall Accor strategy.


Finally, the apprentice will also cooperate with the Operational Excellence team on a regular basis in the day-to-day operations providing technical support and helping in finding the proper resolution on some revenue management services issues and requests.


What you will be doing:

  • Assist in the discovery and exploration of new technological solutions
  • Study cases to explore strategic levels for Revenue management
  • Monitor and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on revenue management system's performances
  • Participate to projects related to current revenue solutions helping further optimization possibilities
  • Assist in preparing materials and presentations ahead of meetings and webinars
  • Along with the manager, work and follow up projects with IT and Product to deliver suite of Accor referenced products and integrations between all of type of hotel's systems (PMS, CRS, RMS).
  • Help in developing SOPs for RM technology and the tools and processes for efficient and smooth rollout of new solutions across the regions
  • Cooperate with the Operational Excellence team notably consisting of responding in an efficient and timely manner to revenue management services issues and requests from hotels and hubs

Qualifications:


  • Education level:
student from a Business School or Engineering or University and/or completing a master's degree in hospitality management

  • Language:
Fluent in English, French is a plus. 90% of deliverables will be in English.
