About the job

You will manage sustainably and efficiently business solutions framing Acquire to Retire management processes, ensuring continuous customer value delivery through continuous improvement of solutions and processes, managing end to end activities aligned with product strategy and vision.


You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Capex Management (New CAP, Service Now,...)
  • Fixed Assets Management (SAP Themis FI AA, IM,...)
  • Lease Accounting Management (Nakisa...)

Key deliverables:


  • Solutions continuous Roadmap
  • Solutions P&L
  • Resources and Capacity management
  • Service Level
  • Marketing and Communication
  • Harmonization of all process

Key metrics:


  • Solutions P&L
and TC Management

  • Capacity and Resource Management
  • Roadmaps and backlog Management
  • Entities and Users. Worldwide solution coverage
  • Acquire to Retire KPIs
  • Agile Metrics (value, workflow, delivery, etc)
  • SLA Management

Your main interactions:

Internal

  • Corporate and Regional Finance stakeholders
  • IBS MOM and other service lines stakeholders
  • IT Finance Central, Regional and Local teams
  • IT CTO
External

  • SAP, Nakisa, Service Now,
  • Solutions editors, integrators,
  • SAP Third parties and key partners
About you

High graduated, you have at least 4 years of experience on this IT scope.


You know stakeholder management and business partnering, have strategic thinking and ability to setup trust relationships with business, also that a team leadership and people management skills.

You have a solid experience and expertise specifically on Acquire to Retire processes and tools and strong communication skills.

English is a must. French is a plus.
