Job Description:


Reporting directly to co-founders, you will be responsible for growing and scaling Product within Fixter, in support of the company's mid-term strategic direction and ambition.

We expect Fixter to steadily grow over time in terms of value generation to our customers/drivers & garages, in terms of business results and in terms of organization; to do so, we expect Product to have a pivotal role.

You will oversee all strategic and tactical execution of the product function, including:


  • Developing and diffusing a winning vision and strategic direction for Products at Fixter (customer platform, garage tool, checkout flow, etc.) in line with customers, garages and drivers needs, business growth, and overall technology strategy.
  • Leading, growing and scaling the Product team, which is currently composed of 4 passionate product professionals (3 product managers, 1 UX designer)
  • Working closely with our CTO
  • Cristian , to review and evolve our product & engineering mission teams operating model and ways of working, as well as with Leaders in Marketing, Data and Operations teams to maximize impact for customers, garages and drivers
  • Leading the Product team to action on Product roadmap priorities, to deliver a differentiated product experience for our customers, drivers and garages, that generates growth in line with our business objectives.

Qualifications Requirements:


  • Strong track record as managing a product team in a product driven organisation
  • Ability to influence and partner with design, engineering, operations and growth experts
  • Proven track in complex project management
  • Knowledge of web development technologies is a plus
  • A datadriven mindset
  • Experience building, leading and developing teams
