Dataiku is looking for a Business Transformation Intern to support our global Business Transformation (BT) Practice. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a strategic area within a high-growth start-up. BT operates as an internal consulting team.

Our mission is threefold:

Accelerate the transformation of Dataiku from software vendor to strategic partner
Support all customer facing teams in delivering transformative value for our customer
Advise customers on their AI strategy definition and implementation

In this role, you will help the team to:

Conduct detailed analysis and create content regarding the maturity of the industries represented by our current customers
Help developing and standardizing our inhouse toolkit & methodologies

Support the BT team in day-to-day activities (such as the preparation of client meetings and internal project management)

Help design internal processes to support the team growth and align with all others teams

As part of our Dataiku team, you will have the opportunity to meet our (future) clients onsite across EMEA, specifically in France, Spain, UK, Netherlands and Germany.

Who you are:

Masters degree, business school, 6 months internship minimum.
Great communication skills (both written and oral), able to clearly articulate and present complex situations and concepts
Fluent in English
Great project management skills, capable of orchestrating multiple projects and supporting teams in parallel
Experience in a consulting or data environment will be a plus
Deep interest in data, analytics and artificial intelligence will be a plus
Able to work with diverse teams and in engaging people
