- Defining the ESG strategy of the funds and mandates with the managers, as well as participating in the analysis, reporting and monitoring of investment opportunities;
- Advise operational teams on all ESG topics, manage compliance with related regulations, participate in international ESG assessments and possibly carry out and monitor SRI labeling of funds;
- Participate in place work and possible GRESB evaluations of funds;
- Represent AEW at SRI events.

With a higher education with a specialization in CSR or sustainable development, you have at least 3 years of experience in private debt or private equity functions, within an asset management company.
You are familiar with:
- ESG concepts related to SFDR and EU Taxonomy debt funds.
You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:
- Recognized for your initiative and organization;
- Able to handle different projects simultaneously and to deliver work within set deadlines, sometimes constrained.
You master English with a C1 level.
