We're looking for an FP&A Manager (individual contributor position) to join our Global Financial Planning and Analysis team.

You will provide financial insights and business projections to the top management for decision support driving profitable growth.


In particular, you will own our Continental Europe financials and act as a business partner for our Global Operations business unit.

Comprising 5 geographies (France, Spain, Portugal, Poland, and Italy), you will be working closely with each country GM in cost reduction initiatives, budgeting/forecasting exercises, and providing relevant financial analyses to ensure informed decision-making.

You will be reporting to Mariano de Los Heros, Head of FP&A, based in London. This position will be based in Paris.


What will I be doing? \uD83E\uDD14:

  • Perform monthly finance closing (variance analysis), consolidation and prepare key finance deliverables.
  • Run key financial processes, including forecasting, budget planning, and performance reporting.
  • Provide finance decision support for the Sales team and Operations team to drive delivery of the business plan.
  • Become the FP&A expert acting as a business partner with Global Operations (Client Operations, Service Operations, and Courier Operations). This includes project finance, revenue/cost sizing for opportunities, etc.
  • Champion the transformation of internal processes within the Finance function (Accounting, Procurement, FP&A, and Controlling).

What do we need from you? \uD83D\uDE0E:

  • 2 + years of experience in a FP&A or financial control function.
  • Proven financial modeling skills, with handson experience using dedicated FP&A tools such as Anaplan, Pigment, Causal, etc...
  • You know how to get meaningful information from large datasets; experience using BI Tools (PowerBI / Tableau) is highly preferred.
  • You are structured when communicating your ideas.
  • High motivation with the capacity to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to interact and influence senior leadership/ different levels of seniority.
