YOUR ROLE**Would you like to work together with various departments in a logistic environment to deliver the functional solution for WMS products ? Are you passionate about implementing these products using your operational background, together with a growing international team? Would you be open to travel every 4 weeks for 1 week to different locations?

If so, we have an opportunity to support the delivery of Matrix WMS CORE+, HEALTHCARE and EXPRESS, which are part of the product suite the global WMS Centre of Excellence offers.

In this role you can actively contribute to the continued development and progression of the Matrix WMS products for our warehouses globally against a defined roadmap.

The location for this role can be France, Spain, Italy or Poland.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

You will support functional solutions delivery for the Matrix WMS products using the defined tools and processes. Working with suppliers, the regions, and global CEVA Operations and IT teams as required;
You will provide functional consultancy to the global Super User community and provide input to the WMS Strategy and Design team around the capabilities and improvement to the products, aligned with the strategy and principles as warranted by the Matrix WMS Centre of Excellence;
You will perform structured, authoritative implementation and postimplementation support for customer sites as required for Matrix WMS;
You will prepare extensive and operationally focused test plans and conduct system testing, to professional quality standards, for the Matrix WMS products;
You will provide logistics and systems consultancy to internal and external customers concerning appropriate system use and operational responsibility;
You will give operationally focused input and business analysis regarding requested changes to Matrix WMS product ensuring the system solution to meet business

- and strategic needs;

You will provide training to the global Super User community around the implementation and capabilities of Matrix WMS, aligned with the strategy and principles as warranted by the Matrix WMS Centre of Excellence;

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You have a mix of operational background, implementation experience, and a strong interest in technical WMS aspects
Experience in 3PL from systems and operational perspective (Project Engineer / Super User / Process Design role), where the operational experience outweighs the system knowledge;
Successful track record of participating in larger and/or leading small IT projects (implementations and development programs);
Knowledge of WMS systems (Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher);
Knowledge of change and release processes utilized for IT products;
Effective consultancy, communication

- and presentation skills;

Flexible to travel to several sites globally
