  • Job Purpose

Prepares and implements Project Operations/Logistics Execution Plan, in accordance with Industry and Company Standards, Project Execution Plan and Project Installation Procedures.


  • Job Description
  • Participates to Tenders for Operations scope definition.
  • Reviews, optimizes and validates installation scenario.
  • Defines documentation relevant to global Project Operation execution.
  • Develops project Operation schemes and procedures, in accordance with Industry and Group standards.
  • Supervises and coordinate all activities linked to offshore installation, ensuring timely and safe delivery of Offshore Operations on a given Project.
  • Guarantees technical integrity and quality of Project Operations.
  • Communicates with project team to optimize interface equipment and mobilization.
  • Alerts the Project Team on potential risks and issues connected with Project Operations.
  • Provides feedbacks and lessons learnt at the end of the project on Execution plan, Productivity analysis, potential improvements and impact on Client and environment.
  • You are meant for this job if:


  • University engineering degree

  • Significant experience in Subsea Operations and Installation Engineering (min.5 years) with 3 to 5 years of experience as Project Operations Manager
  • Possibly professional registration by Engineers institution, depending on local regulation.
  • Team management skills
  • Good knowledge of Subsea activities
  • Good knowledge in Techniques and Assets in Offshore Installation
  • Good knowledge in Subsea Equipment engineering and procedures
  • Experience within an asset operations and service delivery environment
  • Risk identification and management skills
  • Knowledge of discipline IT tools
  • Fluency in professional English
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify the opportunities and risks
