Key Responsibilities:

Populate prequalification questionnaires
Process Tender document collation and shipment
Process Internal information requests
Documentation control / check & system update
Complete customer reporting
Respond to customer data requests (external)
In charge of Internal (Sales, Finance, Marketing etc) & External Customer communication
Resolve basic Bids & Tenders activities including investigating and performing root cause analysis under direction and supervision
Solve more complex problems and produce standard reporting & Analysis
Other incidental duties as assigned by Leadership

Education and Experience:

H.S. Diploma or equivalent requiered
Bachelor's Degree preferred
2 years experience of previous related experience required

Excellent customer service skills with ability to negotiate and resolve difficult situations.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization and externally to influence and achieve objectives
Ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment and in a fast paced environment
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Excellent problemsolving skills and strict attention to detail
Provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
Good computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite
Experience with an ERP software (e.g. JDE)

Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
