- Participate in the process from product design to completion. Involved in structural fabrication, integrating practical production insights. Provide recommendations to clients and aim to facilitate the production.
- Develop prototype and evaluate the final prototype's effectiveness based on client preferences or general stylistic guidelines.
- Manage BOM to facilitate planning, and procurement to optimize cost efficiency.
- Provide insights to suppliers for mold development including stamping, die casting and injection molding.
- Oversee NPI process, from initial design, trial production to full-scale production, ensuring seamless transition and timely execution.
- Communicate with clients to solve technical and quality issues. Establish internal mechanism for effective communication.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across production processes, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
