Our Global Customer Service Department is looking to propose a 10 month maternity leave cover contract, from January 2024 until end of October 2024.

What is your mission at bioMerieux?

  • Manage training, coaching and technical support for bioMérieux subsidiaries and distributors using the digital content for which you will be responsible
  • Develop technical digital training content on bioMérieux products for customers and local Service teams and harmonize this content with that available in selfservice
  • Help trainers and technical support experts update PowerPoint content in digital format.
  • Create and update training modules following customer service processes
  • Ensure the harmonization of content between the different CSO teams
  • Help update processes related to this activity
Who are you ?

  • Bac +3/4 scientific/biology
  • Experience in crossfunctional work and/or project management as well as training experience in customer service is necessary
  • Strong appetite for digital tools (e.g. video production)
  • Fluent level of French and English essential (read, written, spoken), a third language is a real asset
  • You enjoy teamwork and have good communication skills
  • You speak English fluently and are comfortable with digital tools and learning methods.
