Timely & accurate margin management reporting and analysis to facilitate better decision making.


Responsibilities

Responsible to deliver Sales Margin Performance Planning, Forecasting & Reporting on time and at high quality level


Scope includes:


  • Sales volumes, selling prices and revenue recognition control for CES Division €2.4 billion annual sales
  • Under the supervision of the Sales Controller Manager, this role will focus on producing, controlling, and analyzing margin reports, to support Sales Teams and ensure accurate and reliable forecasts
  • Finance interlocutor on Sales topics for Division, Regions (Europe, Americas and Asia), Countries (25 entities), and Customer Centers

Provide Analysis Support on Sales Margin topics to Divisional Finance

  • Responsible for preparation and analysis to Sales & Purchase Price Variance (Squeeze), P&L per client report (Customark), Sales per OEM and regions annex
  • Key user on Sales Price Variance analysis to train Plant Controllers, consolidate and control monthly results and ensure high standard of data quality
  • Lead Reference prices update to secure sales variance calculation accuracy
  • Analysis of contractual/non contractual client productivity, claims and inflation impacts
  • Control of Piece Price amortization (PPA) and VAVE followup liaising with the Purchasing Control team

Support Sales performance in planning, forecasting & reporting

  • Participation to Budget, Forecast and Strategic Plan process, providing analysis to Finance Directors and Sales VP, on volumes, sales, average sales price
  • Contribution to Sales Price Variance forecast liaising with Regional Sales and Finance teams
  • Improve cash collection with on time delivery of Aged debtor reporting and Overdue analysis
  • Finance Key user in the future planning and budgeting tool (Onevision)

ERP and BI Tools Integration & Continuous Improvement

  • Usage of SAP Controlling (CO) module, Qlik BI Tool (IRIS) and HFM / Opium to upgrade margin management reporting
  • Participation in acceptance tests and implementation of new tools projects
  • Driver of change to improve and automate continuously IT and reporting tools
  • Contributor to creation and update of guidelines and supportive documentation
Any other tasks within the mission required by Division Finance team
