Technical Manager Apprentice (M/F)

Apprenticeship available from September onwards. Based in Boulogne-Billancourt (92).

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Ensure the audit and maintenance of the portfolio through regular property visits.
• Organize the establishment of five-year work plans for the entire portfolio and oversee the implementation of maintenance work in consultation with Property Managers.
• Define with Asset Managers the necessary work in vacated buildings, considering cost/expected rent ratios.
• Monitor compliance with new thermal regulations in the works carried out by REIM France.
• Actively participate in achieving the company's tertiary decree and CSR objectives, proposing improvements for environmental asset management, and successfully carrying out building renovations with certification.
