Description
Define and make available to production the processes and technical means of production, the routings and the manufacturing documentation
Establish the technical and economic feasibility within the framework of projects for the creation and evolution of products or processes
Deploy the continuous improvement approach for manufacturing processes
Responsibilities:
- Propose and implement productivity, quality and safety improvements
- Contribute to technology watch and research activities
- Contribute to the definition of industrial strategies on manufacturing processes
- Estimate and determine the cost price and the amount of investments
- Participate in technological choices, material choices and the search for suppliers, carry out tests
- Carry out risk analyzes on the processes
- Validate the means of manufacture before making them available in production
- Establish and validate manufacturing parameters
- Validate processes and costs
- Manage action plans for rampups
What your background should look like:
- An Engineering Degree
- Knowledge of Ceramics ( Advantage )
- Knowledge on wiring ( Advantage )
- Programming experience ( Advantage )
