Our client is an
independent agency that currently administers, operates and maintains
26 permanent military cemeteries and 32 memorial structures in 15 countries around the world.

Its multicultural staff are
located in Vancouver, Paris and 26 military cemeteries.

For their Office of Overseas Operations based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, they are looking for an IT Specialist.

What to expect


Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will serve as IT customer support specialist and systems administrator supporting our client's staff at the Parisian office and other global staff.


You will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical expertise, support and troubleshooting for hardware, software and IT services.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing customer support policies, procedures and standards.
  • Deploying and maintaining hardware, software and network systems for optimal performance.
  • Resolving customer support requests, including integration, configuration and troubleshooting issues.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with information security policies and practices.
  • Managing user accounts, access permissions, as well as IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Collaborating with specialists, conducting training and providing technical support to users.

Technology stack


The agency's IT portfolio encompasses the following cloud and on-premises platforms: SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SASE, Tier I on-premises network appliances, host and network intrusion detection and prevention systems, modern computing devices such as tablets, laptops, desktops, mobile phones and various modern business productivity tools such as multi-function devices.


Your profile

  • Minimum of 5 years providing IT hardware and software support, troubleshooting and problem resolution support to end users.
  • Mastery of vendorneutral networking, systems administration and software support.
  • Knowledge of IT service management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of new customer support technologies.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing to communicate complex technical requirements to nontechnical personnel, prepare and present briefings to senior management officials on complex or controversial issues.
  • Proficiency in English level B2 (CECFR) / level 3 (ILR).

Salary: 55,400.00€ per year
