We are looking for an Intermediate HR Manager ideally with 2 or 3 years of experience_

As CERC's
HR manager you will be responsible for identifying the staffing needs of all CERC departments. You will prepare and post the advertisements, and manage the selection and recruitment process in collaboration with CERC managers


You will join a dynamic company at the forefront of medical innovation, whose mission is to improve patient care and quality of life and you will take an active part in the fulfilment of our goals.

In order to achieve your objectives, you will work closely with the managers, medical directors and clinical operations managers, and you will be expected to
make valuable contributions to the development of innovative techniques to improve employee retention


You are an enthusiastic team member who will focus on:

  • Ensuring that CERC's staffing needs are appropriately addressed/met
  • Taking care of the wellbeing of CERC employees and identifying any potential issues
  • Working closely with the managers of the various departments of our research organisation and their external staff resources

You will be successful in this role if:

  • You have previous experience in the management of human resources in the health care system
  • You are proficient in oral and written English
  • You have strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Working With CERC

Possibility to work from home 1 day a week after probation period.

  • The salary range for the vacancies is between 45 000€65 000€/gross year depending on seniority level.
  • Positions are based in Massy, a dynamic city close to Paris which is part of the "Grand Paris" project, with numerous transportation options (close to Orly Airport and "Massy TGV" train station).

About CERC and its mission


The European Center for Cardiovascular Research (CERC) is a CRO specialized in the design and management of international clinical trials dedicated to cardiovascular diseases.


Chaired by 5 interventional cardiologists, who have been key clinical research investigators for over 20 years, we conduct clinical studies directly in line with the issues of cardiologists practicing in private or public hospitals.


We are currently managing thirty studies sponsored by the industry, as well as more than 10 "investigator-initiated trials" with the purpose of finding treatments for conditions for which no satisfactory therapeutic strategies have yet been developed.

En tant que
responsable des ressources humaines du CERC, vous serez responsable d'identifier les besoins en personnel de tous les départements du CERC.

Vous préparerez et publierez les annonces, et gérerez le processus de sélection et de recrutement en collaboration avec les responsables du CERC


Vous rejoindrez une entreprise dynamique à la pointe de l'innovation médicale, dont la mission est d'améliorer les soins et la qualité de vie des patients et vous prendrez une part active à l'atteinte de nos objectifs.


Afin d'atteindre vos objectifs, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les managers, les directeurs médicaux et les chefs des opérations cliniques, et vous serez appelé à
apporter une contribution précieuse au développement de techniques innovantes pour améliorer la rétention des employés.


Vous êtes un membre d'équipe enthousiaste qui se concentrera sur:

  • Veiller à ce que les besoins en personnel du CERC soient correctement pris en compte / satisfaits
  • Veiller au bienêtre des employés du CERC et identifier les problèmes potentiels
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables des différents départements de notre organisme de recherche et leurs ressources humaines externes
