Job Description

MUFG Securities (Europe) N.V.

is the European Union investment banking entity of MUFG, and operates in close partnership with its direct parent MUS(EMEA), the UK investment banking subsidiary of MUFG and MUFG Bank ltd.

to provide financial intermediation between corporate and institutional clients. MUFG Securities (Europe) N.V. is active throughout the European capital markets, focusing on debt, equity, derivatives and structured products.

What To Expect

Deal origination and execution across a diverse range of product areas
Develop a strong understanding of market fundamentals and be able to make marketinformed contributions on a broad array of financing strategies that address clients' specific needs
Work with sales teams and traders in Global Markets to coordinate and manage live deal executions, and liaise with Global Research to stay informed on the latest market developments

- have a strong interest in financial markets
- have excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Fluency in English is essential for all roles and a second European language would be a huge plus given the panEuropean role

- have high levels of motivation and integrity

Teamwork, leadership and problemsolving skills, plus creativity are key qualities, as is the ability to work in a fastpaced environment, multitask and interact with a variety of people
