What are we expecting from you?

You are motivated to work with technologies and project, so this training within the program management organization will give you many possibilities like working with different persons such as Project managers, but also use technologies, develop skills into flow management system.

This will offer you great opportunities to grow into the project management area and also the communication part.

As trainee within the Program management organization, you will interact with a great and full of energy manufacturing engineering department.

Within your role of flow simulation Owner of the new plants, you will manage project about flow simulation creation.

Those technologies are part of the industry 4.0 transformation of our assembly lines and will be creating the flow simulation of the future plant.

You will be the project leader flow simulation in relation with the manufacturing engineering team and the logistic engineering team.

The aim will be to support the flow simulation of the plant, being the contact with the Project manager to inform about possibilities and opportunities, and then also create a WoW for the new area of the flow simulation
You will have a, timeline and deliverables to fulfill supporting the team on their goal.
