Aizen Recruitment, an international recruitment and head hunting company, for one of its client who is involving in Visual Artificial Intelligence Solutions industry, is looking for Tech Lead for Customer Projects

  • Location: Remote but willing to travel at least 4 times a year for 23 days each time in Paris, France

Position mission


This role is to contribute to customer's facing tech team whose mission is to enhance customer satisfaction through efficient deployment, support and enhanced client's understanding of our client's AI products.

Main responsibilities

  • Organising technical calls with the customer
  • Making software/system changes based on the identified requirements from the customer
  • Installation and configuration of the entire system
  • Monitoring and ensuring all services are properly running
  • Investigating and troubleshooting the entire system
  • Identifying technical/operational gaps and participates in their remediation.
  • Identifying new developments and requirements

  • Quick to learn how to use 3rd party frameworks or code libraries
  • Quick to learn how various pieces work in a system (ours)
Page 1 of - DevOps Skills (quick to replace a module, without much downtime) - Determine integration requirements for an evolving system or a new one (at idea stage)

  • Assists deployers, configurators, TS, development when they get stuck
  • Able to quickly put up a functioning system out of available code and libraries
  • Good dev skills
  • Troubleshooting skills (i.e. bug hunt, problem root cause drilldown)
  • Linux
  • Docker building Docker images using dockerfiles
  • Software versioning systems such as Git
  • Basic networking knowledge (virtual private networks, subnets, DNS configurations, SSL certificates, etc.)
  • Understanding of standard network communication protocols such as TCP, UDP, HTTP, WS, FTP

Sufficient knowledge / experience of / in /:

  • Bash script
  • Javascript
  • ElasticSearch, Mysql
  • REST, JSON, XML
  • Regex
  • Azure stack and tools
  • SW background as it is mentioned is ok
  • Nginx

Nice to Have:


  • Message brokers (e.g. MQTT, RabbitMQ, Redis)
  • TypeScript
  • Python
  • RTSP feeds
  • Kubernetes and Ansible
  • Terraform
  • Programming skills in any of the following languages is a plus (React, Nodejs, Scala, C++)
