- Vous êtes l'interlocuteur commercial d'enseignes de la distribution de meubles (GSS) en France, mais aussi de partenaires tels que les acteurs nationaux de la GSB ou les distributeurs régionaux ou locaux à fort potentiel
- Vous avez la résponsabilité d'un portefeuille existant, de l'acquisition de nouveaux clients ainsi que de l'établissement de relations à long terme avec ces acteurs du marché
- Vous confirmez ou établissez mon client comme un partenaire fiable, innovant et flexible
- Vous analysez en continu l'ensemble du marché ainsi que l'assortiment de chaque client - vous développez et adaptez votre stratégie commerciale en conséquence
- Vous créez avec chacun de vos partenaires B2B un assortiment qui lui permet de construire une offre actuelle, structurée, compétitive, toujours adaptée à ses besoins et à ceux du client final
- Vous savez écouter, comprendre et traduire les besoins de vos clients auprès des interlocuteurs internes tels que le design, le développement produit ou encore la logistique
- Vous avez une expérience réussie dans la fonction commerciale B2B2C ou achat en B2B, côté fabricant ou distributeur, dans le domaine du meuble ou dans une industrie utilisant les mêmes canaux et partenaires de distribution (vente de meubles, GMS, GSB)
- Doué d'un fort esprit analytique, vous aimez aller au fond des choses, tout connaitre de vos clients, mais aussi de vos produits, de leur développement et de leur fabrication
- Vous savez également faire la part des choses, être synthétique
- orientation client prononcée, l'esprit d'entreprise ainsi qu'une méthode de travail autonome, responsable et structurée sont pour vous une évidence
- Vous avez le sens de la négociation et de la communication et êtes capable de susciter l'enthousiasme auprès de vos interlocuteurs à tous les niveaux
- Vous avez une formation supérieure technique ou commerciale – ou, à défaut, une expérience assez longue dans le métier pour être un interlocuteur crédible auprès de vos clients
- Vous maitrisez les applications MS-Office courantes
- Vous maitrisez assez l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit, pour communiquer avec vos collègues au siège de la société ou participer aux formations
