With a team of 50 fraud and data experts and more than 150 successful customer projects, this company has become the benchmark solution for thwarting credit transfer fraud The Operations team plays a strategic role in the company, ensuring the processing andquality of supplier checks that complement the automated databases.

YOUR MISSIONS
Collect and make reliable the information on our clients' suppliers.

Contact the suppliers in France and abroad, in order to verify their payment information and to detect possible cases of fraud.

Participate in the team's continuous improvement projects (process, tool tests...)

YOUR HARD SKILLS
One first experience using the phone
Fluent in English and Portuguese
Any other language can be a plus
Comfortable with computer tools

YOUR SOFT SKILLS
Comfortable speaking/expressing yourself well
Rigor, respect of the instructions
Good communication with the team

CONDITIONS
Scalable fixed-term contract - Paris 10ème
Position to be filled as soon as possible

Wage: 20-25K€
