We specialise in business English for individuals, companies and vocational training centres.

With over 10 years experience around Bordeaux and the region, our small, dynamic team aims to deliver: "Real English for a Global France".

For lesson content, that means no more BS, generic trainings, photocopies, cringes audio tapes etc.

We aim to create fun and effective blended learning programmes, driven by AI and E-learning, but based around the learner and human interaction.

We are therefore looking for more confident, motivated and fun, native-English teachers, who are looking for a permanent long-term work contract to settle in Bordeaux.

Job Offer:
Business English Teacher

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business English Teacher to join our team in Bordeaux on a full-time permanent contract (CDII).

As a Business English Teacher, you will lead individual, and group training sessions based on predefined Business English programs with adult students, respond to national quality standards (Qualiopi), and ensure the high-quality delivery of the English language course.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Business English lessons tailored to the needs of individual students and groups.
• Teach remotely using online platforms for individual students and provide facetoface instruction at companies and vocational training centers.
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback, both written and verbal, to help them improve their language skills and achieve their learning objectives.
• Develop and adapt teaching materials, resources, and methodologies to suit diverse learning styles and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.
• Collaborate with colleagues, sharing best practices and participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills and stay current on industry trends.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, clients, and colleagues, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as compliance with local regulations and standards.

Required Profile:

• A nativelevel English speaker.
• Right to live and work in France (EU citizen / titre de séjour).
• Fluent in French (B2+/C1).
• University degree (Bachelor's minimum)
• Pedagogical, dynamic, and motivated.
• Strong knowledge of business English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using technology and online platforms for remote teaching and learning.
• Flexibility to travel to client locations for inperson instruction
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Desired Profile:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a trainer.
• English Teaching qualification (TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent).
• Master's degree

Salary: 1,850.00€ - 2,250.00€ per month
