Position:


Within the Media Research Image department, LVMH is seeking a Research executive to support LVMH maisons in providing strategic competitive analysis with regards to earned media and media efficiency measurement.


Primary mission:

Under the supervision of the Deputy Media Research Director, the Senior research executive will coordinate PR and Social monitoring analyses for the Beauty division as well as provide support to monitor brands' activations for other divisions (Fashion, Jewelry, Watches)


He/she will be responsible for the quality of the monitoring provided by the data providers by liaising with the PR teams within maisons to ensure the robustness of the data.

Coordinate the corpus of media monitored (offline, online and social)


Produce the various reports required to the different audiences from the monthly reports delivered to the PR team within maisons to the quarterly analyses delivered to the top management at group and maison level.

Provide insightful and actionable analyses to LVMH by division through several presentations to be organized throughout the year.

Provide brand specific analyses to answer ad hoc requests from the maisons (with a focus on Beauty brands).

When necessary, take part in the methodology revisions required to adapt to the evolving media landscape.


Other missions:


Together with the other team members, the Senior Research Executive will handle the Extranet of the department where most studies are published.


He/she will also take part in other media/communication related studies such as paid media competitive analysis, media efficiency measurement, brand lift studies, social listening.


Internal:

The Deputy Media Research director that oversees all media related studies and analyses

The Research Manager that currently leads PR Monitoring analyses

Other Research Executives within the team

LVMH PR & communication teams within maisons (especially Beauty Brands) at HQ and market level (primarily European markets)


External:

PR Monitoring agencies

Research agencies


Profile:

Graduate from a business school or equivalent

Ideally, have had an experience within a Media Research agency or the research department of a Media agency

Alternatively, have had an experience within a research or marketing department as research executive or business analyst.

Experience of project management with various stakeholders

Combining a total experience of minimum 5 years, ideally in international environment.

Fluent in English with good written and oral skills

Strong analytical skills, comfortable with large set of data

Demonstrating advanced Excel skills - Mandatory

Other data tools is a plus (Power BI, VBA, etc.)
