HEAD OF E-COMMERCE SEPHORA COLLECTION (M/F/X)

The position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

Within Sephora's private label, Sephora Collection, you will be reporting to the global Digital Director of the brand.

Your main mission will be to make sure that all year long our products are well showcased onto our different e-commerce platforms globally.

Traffic, visibility, conversion rate, product page, navigation, average basket, assets, UXwill be your day-to-day vocabulary, aiming to develop our online attractivity, convert more and grow our business.


You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

E-retail strategy

  • Emerchandising recommendations having in mind local specs', in order to boost traffic onto our product pages & increase AOV, identifying best practices and sharing with other markets
  • Searchandizing : internal search optimisations to make sure our products are well displayed within results
  • SEO : ongoing follow up to guarantee an optimized copy depending on trends and current queries
  • AOV levers recommandations
  • Crossselling action plan & deployment within markets
  • Rating & reviews roll out, from strategy to performance monitoring

Digital content strategy

  • Brief the creative team to have the most relevant assets for each product at launch
  • Brief the required edits to make our assets relevant and user friendly for our different markets
  • Download all assets into our internal DAM respecting seasonal deadlines
  • Brief influencer marketing team to have the right content creator videos onto our product pages
  • Translations
  • Landing pages development, overseeing the whole process with cross functional teams (from creative brief to go live)
  • Performance analysis of our various assets, learnings & takeways, ongoing benchmark of competition

Innovation & tools

  • Identify needs and develop a vision/ strategy on how to answer them with a disruptive yet realistic approach
  • Third parties sourcing, negotiation & contract with the legal team
  • Brief & retroplanning
  • Presentation to markets
  • KPI follow up & learnings

Animation & activation plan

  • Adapt your strategy based on business potential and on product specificity
  • On an alwayson basis, work on offering our markets the relevant toolkits to push our pillars all year long

Transversal

  • Monitoring of the right implementation of our recommendations locally
  • Budget ownership with a day to day follow up
  • KPIs close follow up, reportings to build and share with your management
  • Management of a team of 3 people
  • At least 5 years experience working in ecommerce
  • Experience supporting and developing a team
  • Strong affinity with the beauty industry
  • Business oriented, you like analysing figures and come up with action plans
  • Detail oriented
  • Flexible and willing to work on various topics at the same time
  • Full professional proficiency in English is a mandatory
