KEY TASK

Direct reporting to the Technology & Development Director
Manages and controls the ESG initiative of Tokai COBEX and further develops it
Key driver, together with Operations and Technology, to achieve CO2emission reduction targets by 2030 and paves the way to net zero by 2050
Monitors legal regulations and best practices in the area of ESG and shares them within the organization
Initiates, participates and manages projects in the area of ESG
Performs and assists in ESG audits internally as well as along the supply chain
Responsible for company ESG reporting (both internal and external) in close cooperation with Finance
Acts as the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders in ESG related matters
Acts as an internal consultant and facilitator in the area of ESG/CSR

REQUIREMENTS

University degree in business, economics, law, engineering (with special focus on environmental protection) or alike
Strong technical understanding in the environmental area
Postgraduate diploma, relevant university course, professional training in EHS/ESG/CSR
35 years of experience in ESG/CSR (at a company or in a consulting business)
Strong analytical skills
Project management and quality management skills, preferable Six Sigma
Presentation and communication skills
Ability to communicate on eye level with all levels of the organization
Fluent in written and spoken English; German, Polish or French desirable
