We have a great opportunity for an Account Administrator in AFM's Paris office helping to develop a growing portfolio of mid-market business within France.

This position provides assistance to Production Underwriters and Account Engineers as well as fulfilling the department administrative needs.


Responsibilities:

Under mínimal supervision, using considerable judgement and initiative, you will be responsible for producing and processing policy documentation in accordance with corporate standards as well as assisting in fulfilling the Company's commitment to meet the needs of our internal and external customers.


Your main responsibility will be to accurately prepare, compose, code, and transmit policy documents, enter coding data into appropriate systems in accordance with corporate standard.

Administrative duties will include but are not limited to reservations, monthly and quarterly reports, engineering assistance, financial report search, management reports and filing.

-Training will be provided on-the-job


Qualifications:


Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong administration background ideally in an insurance environment.
  • Proven mathematical aptitude, proficient computer skills, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), typing speed and accuracy.
  • A team player with above average communication and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workflow from different sources.
  • Fluency in French and English required. Other European languages would be a plus.
