• Successfully deliver data management deliverables on assigned study by leading the DM team, communication directly with the sponsor, adhering to timelines and budget responsibility
• Contribute to the success and high quality of trials by leading study setup including CRF design, DVP, CCGs, DMP and all associated DM deliverables, including approvals
• Proactively coordinate and perform startup, maintenance and close out activities, as detailed in our SOPs, guidelines, templates and best practice documents
• Adding your own innovation by active involvement in departmental and organisational meetings and initiatives

• At least 6 years of experience in clinical data management, including a minimum of 4 years of experience in a lead data management function
• Strong, recent experience in oncology trials
• Excellent interpersonal skills
