Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop persuasive and clear copy for a range of marketing materials, including emails, sales letters, landing pages, and advertisements.
• Utilize A/B testing to refine copy and increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand product features and translate them into benefits for the consumer.
• Research and understand target audiences deeply to tailor copy that speaks directly to their needs, desires, and pain points.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of copy to optimize for better results.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, video, print, and in-person.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a copywriter or related role with a focus on direct response marketing.
• Excellent command of the English and French languages, both written and verbal.
• German language skills are a significant plus.
• Strong understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content.
• An ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
