Au sein du département Digital Merchandising, votre rôle consiste à soutenir l'activité quotidienne et contribuer au développement des sites YSL.COM YSL.CN, WeChat et des concessions digitales.
Vos missions incluront :
MISSIONS
Analyses et reporting
• Élaboration des rapports quotidiens et hebdomadaires
• Aide à l'analyse des ventes et des best-sellers
• Mise à jour et analyse des stocks sur les différents sites (Inventory, Sold Out Reports etc.)
• Analyses Ad-Hoc
Gestion opérationnelle du catalogue produit
• Support pour la préparation des lancements de collections : collecte/consolidation des données et coordination des traductions
• Maintien régulier de la cohérence et présentation du catalogue (descriptions)
• Mise à jour de l'ordre d'apparition des produits sur le site (Visual Merchandising)
Merchandising
• Participation aux formations showroom
• Insertion et vérification des commandes passées pendant le showroom
• Aide à la réalisation des Buying Strategies en fin de session d'achat
• Collaboration avec les services e-Business, Merchandising et autres partenaires externes.
• Missions ponctuelles : Benchmark etc.
PROFIL
• Issu(e) d'une formation type école de commerce (bac+3 à bac+5)
• Idéalement une première expérience significative dans l'e-commerce
• La connaissance d'un PIM, de SFCC et/ou de Magento sont un plus
• Bonne compréhension de l'environnement digital
• Appétence pour le luxe et sensibilité produit indispensables
• Anglais courant obligatoire
• Maîtrise avancée du Pack Office (notamment Excel)
• Orthographe irréprochable
• Vous êtes organisé(e), autonome, proactif(ve), dynamique et rigoureux(se)
• Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d'équipe et votre efficacité
