We are now looking for a
Sales Project Enablement Intern to support our
Sales Enablement team starting on
July 2024 for 6 months.

_About the Sales Enablement Team:
_


The goal of the Sales Enablement team is to increase predictable sales results by providing consistent and scalable enablement services (sales certifications, tools, contents) that allow sales-facing professionals and their managers to add value to every interaction.

Therefore, Sales Enablement is a crucial function to ensure the fulfillment of the ambitious growth targets of Mirakl.

You will work with our Sales Enablement Specialists based in France, Spain and the United-States.


_ Your role:
_

If you accept the challenge, here are the tasks you'll be involved in:

1. Sales Enablement

  • Support the team on different sales enablement projects
  • Create new and develop existing sales trainings/certifications (create content, PPT presentations)
  • Manage our Content Management System to improve users experience and adoption (podcasts, articles, videos)

2. Analytical Missions

  • Use qualitative/quantitative data to assess our tools/sales certifications
  • Identify general trends/skill gaps and suggest improvements
  • Create and monitor our KPIs to measure and optimize our sales enablement strategy

3. Events Management

  • Contribute to internal projects with crossfunctional and international teams: the whole sales organization, sales operations team, sales acceleration team, HR
  • Organize internal trainings and sales onboardings: sales kickoff, sales boot camps, webinars

_ Requirements:
_


  • You have a deep interest in groundbreaking technology and innovative solutions
  • You are at ease working within a highly motivated, international teams in a fast paced organization
  • English has no secrets for you (both oral and written communication), Spanish or French is a plus
  • You are proficient in Excel & Powerpoint
  • You are a creative problemsolver, able to work well independently and collaboratively and know how to handle challenging business situations.
  • You are detailoriented and have very strong analytical & project management skills
  • You are not afraid of what you don't know, but instead you feel motivated to learn and to challenge yourself
