Description
The role :
Computer Vision Engineer:
- Lead the development and deployment of the next generation Video Analytics solutions for Autonomous Mobility through the development of an Obstacle Detection System (ODS), within a lean startup pathway and in collaboration of engineering & mobility experts, data scientists, software engineers and devops
Responsabilities:
- Gather obstacle detection use cases, identify and detail requirements for each use case
- Design technical solution for productiongrade, including the implementation into the most appropriate hardware
- Demonstrate the video / other sensor analysis solution value based on reallife experimental measures, including Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Value (POV)
- Evaluate the opportunities from new technologies
- Support sourcing team in the identification and evaluation of COTS providers
What we are looking for:
- You have a Engineering or master's degree in computer science, mathematics, telecommunications or industrial engineering
- You have an experiecne of one to seven years in R&D and/or digital companies or software or startups
- You have a Master in Computer Vision or Machine Learning (desirable)
- You have some knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks, being able to use existing DL method implementations (desirable )
- You have an experience in GPU acceleration (CUDA, OpenCL) (desirable)
- You need an extensive knowledge of software development, in Python or C++/C#.
- You have some experience with Linux environment and in OpenCV library
- You have some knowledge of Convolutional Networks and Deep Learning algorithms
- You have some knowledge of main types of Machine Learning techniques for computer vision
- You have some knowledge of CCTV or Radar or Lidar COTS and/or machine vision
- You are fluent in English (French is a plus)
