Process Manager (f/m/d):

Purpose

Guarantee and continually improve the performance and quality, volumes and costs of the production tool, based on the current and projected needs of the company.

Lead, unite and develop your team in implementing the objectives of your sector.

Your Missions

Build and maintain a mediumterm Process/Equipment strategy for your sector, with the Equipment team.
Support the development of new products on production equipment.
Manage the members of your team in accordance with the values and strategy of the company:
Define and monitor the objectives of your sector, consistent with the objectives of the department.
Define, monitor and analyze performance indicators and dashboards for your sector.
Define the budget specific to the operation of your sector and ensure its management.
Make and support the operational decisions necessary to achieve the sector's objectives in consultation with the Equipment departments.
Organize, coordinate and monitor the activities of your sector in the short, medium and long term.
Unite your employees to promote a favorable working environment.
Develop the autonomy and skills of your team by defining training plans and career plans.
Ensure the safety of team assets and personnel.

Your profile

Education:
Engineering school, Master

Languages:
Fluent English (C1)

Experience:
You have experience in semiconductor processes as well as in team and project management.
In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and processes.
Standards and tools: 6S, Clean Concept, ESD, SPC, FDC.

Your sense of communication and adaptability will allow you to quickly integrate into our teams.

You will work in an international environment and will have contact with colleagues or suppliers based abroad
