With a view to harmonization, ENGIE has embarked on a major program to transform its processes and IT tools. This project, which extends over several years, concerns all the entities of the group and requires a sustained support.

To implement this support, we are looking to recruit a:

GET - Integration Lead (M/F)

_The head office is based in Courbevoie (La Défense), with 3 days teleworking per week possible. But we are also looking for international profiles (Full remote)_

The GET program aims to deliver the future business and IT core model with a central "one ERP / One ARIBA / One MDG" platform.

The functional context of the program covers a set of functional areas including accounting, controlling and procurement as main areas, recently extended to Business modules.

The GET program offers a unique opportunity to onboard on one of the most ambitious and strategic Enterprise transformation programs with a very high IT footprint with S/4 & SAP ARIBA as central IT components.

Innovation is at the heart of GET Program with an ambition to implement a best in class processes & solution.

The
Integration Lead role is to reinforce GET IT Team, and within the GET IT OPERATIONS Team, be
accountable for
Integration of GET within the global landscape.

This role will be N-2 to GET IT Lead and directly reporting to the GET IT Operations lead.

Responsibilities:

With the Middleware lead, setup and maintain Integration Golden Rules
Guarantee an accurate satellites systems cartography
Drive the endtoend satellites integration (Core/Local) activities with regards to validated GET integration governance, and esp. ensure coordination with all satellites stakeholders (incl. local teams)
Design, Build & Tests interfaces
Set up and maintain transformation hub when required
Deploy to production, including any cutover and data migration activities
Accountable for Middleware factory delivery, relying on GET Middleware lead (note : the middleware factory is operated by GBS IT, who is responsible of all the operational activities)
Manage integration team, including Middleware lead
Contribute to the E2E monitoring & error handling of the GET ecosystem

Position requirements
-
Significant experience on major SAP programs deployment and integration
-
Knowledge of integration architecture and integration framework:

Fluent English (oral/written)
Experience to lead people, vendors and partners
Ability to interact and manage in multicultural and multifunctional organization
Experience of
working in project management mode:
The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team is essential
