Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be part of a business and technical team focused on organisational and infrastructure transformation projects for Kyndryl customers and prospects with the following key activities:
- Defining its future growth strategy and territory plan ambition and ensuring a management system of excellence.
- Initiate new business in line with Kyndryl's infrastructure services strategy.
- Monitor pipeline progress and drive the sales cycle to achieve signature, revenue and profit targets.
- Engage with customers and be able to understand detailed customer needs to explain how our solutions can meet those needs, and coordinate our response into a proposal.
- Articulate our business perspective in relation to customer issues around their transformation.
- Create customer value through quantifiable financial results and business impact.
- Create opportunities by bringing information and insights to customers through storytelling and shared visions of possibilities and solutions.
- Develop long term relationships with key customers, choice makers and CxO levels who are driving long term transformation within their business, and also ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience
- 5+ years of successful consultative selling with proven territory/account management: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, needs analysis, stakeholder and executive communication, value engineering, services/partner engagement, opportunity management, pipeline management and deal negotiation required.
- Successful experience with partners: understanding of partner ecosystems and ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs.
- Willingness to evolve/Ambition.
Qualifications
- Brownfield and GreenField commercial opportunities.
- Network Specialty.
- Pro skills to modify.
- You will have already demonstrated strong business development, sales, negotiation, relationship building skills, excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to produce and deliver powerful and compelling presentations (comfortable presenting to audiences large and small).
- You are resultsoriented, highly organised, selfmotivated and able to work with mínimal supervision, even in very complex situations and environments.
- You can show personal drive, tenacity and energy in every action you take.
- You are familiar with solving customer problems through networking and cloud technologies, in particular
- SD-WAN, SASE, Private wireless, Edge compute, cloud migration, hybrid cloud and data centre infrastructure modernisation, DevSecOps.
- Innovative and creative in solving complex problems.
- French: native or fluent.
- English: fluent.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
Location:
Paris area
Occasional travel to client sites in France will be required
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Cloud market trends, multicloud providers with knowledge and experience of managed services.
- Multiple languages are desirable.
