Job description:

Reporting to the HSE(S) Director, the safety expert is the security field reference for the group, additionally, with a direct responsibility for the Bordeaux"expertise center" site.

Main missions:

Defines the guidance and principles of building security protection: vulnerability, criticality, etc.;
Contributes to the definition of internal check in procedures, protection against intrusion and malicious actions.
Prescribes organizational and technical solutions: deterrence, detection, alarm, warning;
Sets the level of requirements, and writes the security specifications for the sites, to contract with the security contractors;
Audits the plants;
Works with insurers and security services, prepares their audits;
Prepares high authorities' visits, in relation with close protection services.

Profile:

Knowledge / Know how:

Technical and practical knowledge of security and prevention in sensitive industrial facilities

Experience:

Operational experience / Team management / Prevention practice

Knowledge of the industrial world and of intellectual and industrial property

Qualifications:

English

Bac + 2, +3

Knowledge of industrial risks

Knowledge of the physical protection of buildings

Key behaviours:

Team spirit, empathy, listening, determination, analysis, adaptability, courage.

Some extra skills which make the difference:
Know-how and behavior adapted to the required relational level

Coming from a security corps, army or specialized company
