Our rapidly growing global team is currently distributed between our offices in New York City, Mexico City, and Lyon, as well as fully remote employees.

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to build a BI department from scratch.

The goal of that department is to structure the data stream and to set up the environment necessary for the Executive Team and their Directors to efficiently pilot their departments.

Responsibilities:

Setup the data warehouse, the ETL and the analytics software (Looker or Tableau) to provide actionable insights.
Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can drive business performance and operational efficiency improvements.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by conducting regular data validation and quality checks.
Work closely with every department of the company running custom analysis and building dashboards to monitor the achievement of their operational KPIs.
Stay updated with emerging trends, techniques, and tools in the BI and analytics field, recommending and implementing improvements to existing BI processes and systems.
Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, tailoring the communication style to the intended audience.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support adhoc data analysis requests, provide datadriven insights, and contribute to datadriven decisionmaking processes.

Who we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Experience (from years) working as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar role, with a focus on data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
Strong expertise in using industryleading BI tools(Looker, Tableau, or similar tools) to develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
Proficient in SQL and data querying languages, with a solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with data modeling, data visualization best practices, and data storytelling techniques.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights.
Strong problemsolving skills with a focus on translating business requirements into datadriven solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to nontechnical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python.
