- Within the main R&D center of the Exterior Business Group, gathering 500 highly engaged and skilled people, the Training and Development leader is responsible to build and effectively & efficiently deploy the training plan in order to reach the excellence of skills needed for our company.
- Build the training plan, consolidate needs and convert into clear defined actions aligned with managers & related HR Business Partners
- Prepare the Training Ctee and present status of training plan deployment and consolidation,
- Manages relationship with Training external & internal partnerssuppliers, ensure efficient monitoring and deployment of administrative and financial processes related to training
- Coordinates with internal trainers the internal trainings on all needed aspects (logistics, content, documents,...)
- Leads relationship with OPCO, builds & monitors finances and administrative.
- Ensure robust monitoring and analysis of training plan deployment with relevant indicators, permanent update and clear highlight of strengths and weaknesses
- Proposes and implements improvement on training process deployment and monitoring
- Contribute to deployment of HR development processes within the site
- Contributes to HR activities
