We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a CDG Ops Service and Support - Representative

What you will be doing:


Provides FedEx with solutions or advice relating to all types of shipments transiting through CDG AND the in country GSP/s.

Focuses on the timely resolution of problem shipments or action of special requests (Ops or Customer generated). Involves direct contact with Customers and operations.
