- Manages all purchasing fields from RFQ preparation to construction delivery in coordination with project teams.
- Participates to all relevant Construction Project meetings.
- Acts in close relationship with his Purchasing colleagues (Construction, Equipment, Energy...).
- Manage supplier relationship and deals with all economical aspects.
- Leads and/or participates to the RFQs related to the Projects needs: prepares bid lists and specifications, sends the RFQ files to suppliers and analyses their answers with project team, prepares the supplier choice decisions with project.
- After supplier selection, finalizes contract and makes the administrative activity including purchase orders.
- Deals with economical and technical evolutions... till construction delivery.
- Builds benchmarks.
- Proposes best practices for future projects.
- Negotiation
- Construction field : project, quotation, negotiation, suppliers base...
- 3-5 years in a Purchasing department and experience in construction field or experience in the construction industry in project area.
- Experience in dry room construction would be a plus.
- Diplomas:Master degree of Engineering.
- Languages: English, French as a plus
- Strong cross functional behavior
- Quick reporting and sharing of information with Project and Purchasing teams
