Job description:


  • Coordinate and support a series of Group PR programs (including Innovation, Talent, Sustainability, Sports sponsorships ): manage daytoday PR activities; work directly with various stakeholders, spokespeople and PR agencies; provide support for content and news, ideas and regular planning calls
  • Write, edit and translate news alerts and press releases, as well as other content (such as bylines, blogs, short videos/scripts) both in English and in French
  • Work with line manager on key message definition and narrative development for media pitches and interviews
  • Manage the intern of the Group press office team and supervise the Group daily press clipping roundup, media coverage reports and regular progress/results reports for the business
  • Manage the profiling programs of some of the Group Executives (traditional media, social media and speaker opps) collaborating with internal stakeholders and PR agencies
  • Provide recommendations for integrated comms programs to maximize digital and traditional media channels
  • Participate in the organization of the quarterly financial results announcements and other Group press events

Experience & Skills:


  • 510 years of B2B PR experience, some of it spent in a PR agency
  • Knowledge and experience of how the international media works and what journalists are looking for
  • Experience in day to day PR activities, and media interactions, including for sensitive issues
  • Perfectly fluent in French and English, a very high standard of both spoken and written language
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize, and selfmanage a busy workload
  • Agility to work in a large organization with multiple stakeholders
  • Grande Ecole diploma or University degree in journalism, media studies, communications or related qualification
  • Rigorous, synthetic and dynamic mindset with great attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Experience in managing social media content and knowledge of digital channels is a plus
