Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Sales Director to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within the SAP ecosystem.

The SAP Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the SAP market segment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients, leveraging knowledge of SAP solutions and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers, stakeholders, and partners in the SAP ecosystem.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to executive leadership.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in selling SAP solutions and services.
  • Indepth knowledge of SAP products, services, and solutions, with a strong understanding of SAP's value proposition and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage complex sales cycles, and negotiate contracts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster collaboration, and drive results.
  • Proven analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business priorities and market conditions.
