    Un poste pour ceux qui aiment le commerce et les gens. En tant que Conseiller de Vente cuisine et aménagement, vous êtes garant de la satisfaction de votre client, et vous l'accompagnez dans la réalisation de son projet d'habitat.

    Au sein de notre univers cuisine/rangement, vous développez les ventes de votre rayon et contribuerez à la performance du magasin.
    Accompagné(e) par un Responsable de Rayon et un Chef de Secteur, vous travaillez en équipe avec vos collègues sur la vente, la relation client et l'offre commerciale à travers les différents canaux de vente que nous proposons :

    Vente de produits au point conseil dédié
    Vente sur grands projets clients (cuisine)
    Vente sur RDV (à préparer en amont)
    Certains de ces canaux de vente vous seront affectés en priorité en fonction de vos appétences. Vous suivrez, ainsi, l'évolution des projets clients que vous aurez pris en charge.

    Vous avez un tempérament commerçant, et vous aimez profondément la relation client,
    Une expérience de vente ou de conseil sera évidemment appréciée, mais nous sommes prêts à vous former

    En participant activement aux projets collectifs en proposant de nouvelles idées,
    En garantissant la qualité, la propreté et la sécurité de votre rayon,

    En allant chercher l'information, et en vous formant continuellement sur vos produits,
    Nos équipes de vente ne jouent pas de rôle : soyez vous-même, votre relation n'en sera que plus naturelle.

    La réussite à ce poste vous permettra d'évoluer vers un poste de Responsable Rayon, ou de rejoindre les équipes Relation Client ou Logistique.

    Horaires liés à l'activité du magasin

    Vous bénéficierez également d'une rémunération variable collective (intéressement et participation) pouvant aller jusqu'à 3 mois de salaires en fonction des résultats de l'entreprise.
