Responsibilities:

1/ To lead and manage the acquisition projects:

Primary contact to advisors assisting Nexans in the preparation of Transaction Marketing Document (Strategic VDD, Full Potential report, Financial VDD, Environmental VDD) with hands on involvement these different topics.
Project manager of the deal preparation until deal Closing, covering:

- primary contact and coordinator for the preparation of the deals (Red Flag report, Target Operating Model, Standalone organization and cost, planning)
- leading the negotiation implementation until deal Closing

Diriger la partie M&A des transactions/problématiques en cours
Diriger ou apporter une contribution majeure à toute opportunité majeure qui pourrait se présenter au cours de l'année en fonction des opportunités et de la stratégie de Nexans Réécrire les M&A GMP (dans le cadre de la refonte générale des GMP)
L'objectif doit rester flexible en fonction des événements de l'année
Lead the deal team 2/ To lead the deal team on the projects 3/ Définir et mettre en œuvre une nouvelle procédure CAPEX permettant de mieux optimiser l'allocation du capital et d'améliorer la gouvernance des projets Réécrire le GMP
S'assurer que les CAPEX ne dépassent pas 250M€ en 2019, 200 M€ en 2020 (hors potentiel Phase 3 du CG 4/ To assist the Corporate Financial Modelling and M&A VP, if required and if other priority responsibilities allow

Main Resources & Interfaces:

Close cooperation with Executive VP, VP Finance and Financial Performance Senior Manager + regular communication/work with the broader BG management team
Close cooperation with the Legal & Tax Corporate team
Cooperation with Service Centers France, Uccle + Core IT
Regular information & cooperation with the central finance team (Consolidation Dept, Reporting, Treasury & Metal)
Special Condition:
This position is inherently justified by the strategic Leonardo project.
